Project Name:
“Shastha Shaba Satellite Clinic”
Project initiator:
Trust for the Society for General Medical Physicians of Bangladesh. In a word, it can be managed by GMP Trust.
Goals and Objectives of the Project:
Conduct the following activities two or more times a week at specific locations
1. Provide primary health care.
2. Provide maternal and child health care.
3. Caring for patients who have received a prescription from a specialist doctor.
4. Refer the patient to the specialist doctor at the right time.
5. To motivate people to live according to the rules of health.
6. To make people health conscious through activities like meetings, seminars, backyard meetings etc.
7. Keeping health care running at special times.
8. Stay involved in EPI vaccination and family planning activities.
9. Provide free medicine.
Area of activities:
Activities will be conducted by setting up one or more centers at each union level in Bangladesh.
Project Management Structure:
A Trust Central Committee approved by the GMP Standing Committee will be formed. The Trust Central Committee will form project management committees in each district which will have to seek the approval of the GMP Standing Committee through the Trust Central Committee.
Financing:
The project will be funded by the GMP Trust. The project will be funded by the trust. The method of raising money for a trust can be a grant from an individual or organization. Funding allocated from a government or non-government organization. Granted funding from any foreign organization.
Settlement of Accounts:
Each district committee has to submit the monthly income and expenditure account to the Central Trust Committee. All district grants will be deposited directly in the A / C of the Trust. All expenses of the district will be paid by the trust through checks. The Central Trust will provide quarterly accounts of income and expenditure of each district to the Standing Committee
Miscellaneous Activities:
The GMP Trust will be able to manage new activities in the future with the approval of the Standing Committee.
